James has multi-disciplinary experience specialising in managing complex assets for private and institutional clients. James takes a very hands on approach, his experience is wide ranging and he has a keen eye for identifying and delivering property and asset management initiatives to add value. James has been responsible for over £600m of property transactions, many of which he prepared for sale having increased the asset values. James leads the team and ensures a pro-active approach to achieve optimal results for our Clients.

Mark Parsons

Principal

Mark has over 30 years’ experience in property management accounting and has dealt with a wide range of assets for syndicates, institutional and private clients. Mark has previously been a director at Jones Lang LaSalle and Morgan Grenfell Laurie. He deals with all aspects of property Client accounting, ensuring that all records are maintained to comply with RICS audit regulations and is also conversant in providing quarterly covenant information and calculations required by the client and any lending bank. The finance team follow accurate and precise processes, also taking into account individual requirements requested by our clients.
